At Jenna Elizabeth Studios we work intimately with our clients to offer a unique and customized experience. Through personalized packages, one on one consultations, open access to our Couture Closet, specialized printing, and custom framing, we deliver timeless, heirloom-quality portraits to adorn the walls of your family's homes for years to come.
HOW IT WORKS
The first step is a phone inquiry where we will discuss your session type as well as choosing the best location for your session. Locations may be in the studio, on location, or a combination of the two. Please refer to our session page to see all our studio has to offer.
Next, we will choose the date and time for your shot and schedule your pre-session style consultation to further discuss your desired look for wardrobe, hair, makeup, shoes, and give you tips to help you make the most of your session. Style consultation can be done in your home or in-studio. For out of state clients, these can be done through a video chat. We want you to get the most from your session so ironing out these details prior to your session is essential.
Once we've decided on dates and times for sessions and style consultation, you will be sent a contract and invoiced for your non-refundable session fee. Invoices are due within 24 hours. *Your session date is not reserved until the session fee is paid.
The shoot! This is meant to be a fun and memorable experience so relax and let Jenna work her magic while making you feel comfortable in front of the camera.
It's the moment you've been waiting for - the big reveal! Approximately 2 weeks after your session, we will come into your home or invite you back to our studio where an experienced member of our team will help to guide you through selecting your portraits and the process of choosing the perfect medium to display them.
Finally, your custom art pieces will arrive and be hand-delivered to your home. *Out of state clients will have their products shipped at no additional cost.
